We had thanksgiving dinner at my parents’ place this year. We are glad that auntie Lau can join us as well. And of course, we have baby Jocelyn joining us too — though she is still a long way before she can try daddy’s hallmark turkey dinner!

Of course, it is also a time for me to reflect upon the blessings I have from God in the midst of all the sufferings that are happening around the world right now. To that, I agree whole-heartedly the conclusions made by Tyler@Codex:

I find that the key things to remember is that (1) there is nothing I have done to deserve my blessings; and (2) to those who have been given much, much will be required.

I only hope that I may be faithful with all I have been blessed with.

That is my prayer as well.
