As at this morning, China has more medals, no matter how you count (by gold or by numbers).
Maybe they should start putting it in alphabetical order but use “America” instead of “USA”.

唔得！A字頭前面還有4隊，萬一他們的獎牌多過美國又怎算！

都係諗過第二條橋啦！
How about在America前加個space？ ” America”？Space應該先過A，就萬無一失啦！

I think a “_” or “.” is better. That is what I use when I rename files/folders in my computer!
