becoming

the trail of a family becoming

lazy

After all the talks on

church visions,

directions,

long-term and short-term

goals and

targets;

After all the discussions on whether a community is

emotionally healthy,

spiritually gratifying,

purpose-driven,

missional,

I find there is still one key component that is missing from a group or an institute that can not implement what was planned —

That is, people are downright lazy.

I think it is lazy and proud – lazy to improve, but proud to accept one’s weakness and others’ strength.

Sometimes people can talk as prettier as they can, but fewer people can implement and react on those things they brought up…I think this the mutual responsibility for those who know the issues and those people who take care of it. Otherwise, when the similar opportunity comes out, all this issues will be brought up again and keep on “cycling”…I think it is pretty sad.

I hope people are already react on those issues…and I am greatly glad that my thought are wrong.

  4. thanks Vincent. Your point is very true indeed.
