Michael Pahl, our NT scholar from Three Hills, asked: “What is the Gospel?”

Now whether the answer seems so obvious to you, or you think you know, or you have no idea at all, please take some time and read this excellent series.

In the end, we’ll discover that, while the gospel may indeed be simple, it is certainly not simplistic. It is an ornate tapestry of themes and stories, events and interpretations; it is a message that lays claim to the whole person, the whole of humanity, and the whole creation. A child may indeed be able to understand the gospel, but a lifetime is not long enough to explore and live out its full significance.
