Those of us from the free-church tradition might not know it is Pentecost Sunday today. It is 50 days (7 weeks) after the resurrection of Jesus (Easter). Most Christians recognize the event of Pentecost as "the birth of the Church" as described in Acts 2.1ff, hence it is the birthday of the Church today!
So "Happy Birthday" for all those that are "Called Out-Of"!
